OK so today I woke up and I thought I really, really needed to eat General Tso Chicken from Safeway. I looked in my phone app and it said for one cup would be 8/2. That wasn't too bad, but I knew I would eat all the noodle chow mein that came with it too. I went to a store near Safeway and bought some new cropped jeans and decided I would eat healthier instead so they will eventually fit!!! So tomorrow it will probably call my name again, we will see what I do then.
Breakfast cheerios and almond milk
Lunch sandwich thin and hamburger patty, dill pickles and chili cheese fritoes
Dinner teriyaki pork bowl, I did not eat even a 1/2 cup of the rice. It comes with celery/cucumber salad. Healthy? I know there is a lot of sugar in teriyaki, but there isn't that much on the meat.
I didn't have my berries and cream tonight. Good for me!
Next weekend I would really like to be 5 lbs thinner!!! Start laughing:)
I do have a question for anyone who wants to answer. Does cellulite start to disappear when you are losing weight? I really would love to have legs that aren't bubbly. Even when I weigh 140 lbs they still looked gross. Genetics...but it would really be nice to think it might start to go away?
Kudos Kay!!! I also love safeway chinese, you are doing so awesome keep up the good work. Happy Friday :)
ReplyDeleteHI Kay, Yeah - any type of white stuff like pasta, rice, bread tortillas - are a no-no on the BFC. They have way too much sugar and carbs. Teriyaki also too much sugar. I have not ate any of that stuff in way over a year.
ReplyDeleteI noticed as I started to lose weight that I saw more cellulite also. It has gotten much better, but I think the only thing left for me now is exercise - YUCK! LOL - have a great weekend :-)
Its hard when your near something you love so much like yummy foods, but you gotta make that picture pop up in your mind of what your goal is and drive that into your brain. This is what helps stops me a lot of times. There has been cheat items though, I won't lie. We just gotta try to keep them away as much as possible. Your going great Kay!
