My husband finished all of his stores!!! And he got an "excellent" from his boss. Thank God this is over!!! Thank you all for listening to me twice! Brain fog....
The bad news=good news...the jeans didn't fit. They were low rise and they hit me right in the wrong spot, they also made my butt look worse...and that is hard to do! But the bad news= good news...they were very expensive! So I am back to being more practical and I will try on jeans locally and drive myself crazy again. They were petites but had a 31 inch inseam, most petites are 30 inch and they were PERFECT in the length! I need a good mid rise jean!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for being there for me to whine!!! WOOT!!!

If every day were like today... You'd weigh 124.6 lbs in 5 weeks
OMG, would I just die??? That was what myfitnesspal told me today when I just finished tracking my food! It was the weirdest thing, but I just craved a huge salad for dinner. I just had 2 cups of spinach, real bacon bits, a chopped up egg, ranch dressing and topped it with about 6 chili cheese fritos crushed. It was perfect! Then I had a flax muffin with walnuts, Joseph's maple syrup and cool whip on top. Pretty darn filling:)
I ordered my dream jeans yesterday. I figured that I deserved them since I have been such a good girl lately. They get here tomorrow and I hope they fit and we are a perfect match! Since I tried on about 40 pairs the last time I bought jeans, I went with a company that offers free returns.
A friend guilted me into going to Zumba this morning, which I did not plan to go! It was great and I am so happy that I did. I love it once I get there??? What is my problem??? The instructor..but that's another story. Now I don't typically listen to current music, so I don't any of the songs that we do, but the instructor asked on facebook today if she should keep "Church" by T Pain in? Now they (I don't do it) act like they are cocking a shot gun in the dance so I wondered what the lyrics were. OMG....it is disgusting. At the Y???? If you want to read some gross lyrics and feel sorry for me for doing the song, google it!
I know Amber posted a link to pinterest, I am on there too. I love it!!! Feel free to join me. I am really LOVING watching Pattie's idea's for her son's wedding. Absolutely beautiful:) I think I have some pretty darn good recipes posted and some of them are even BFC friendly:)
By this time tomorrow my husband can take a breath and feel confidant that he is going to get his separation package. They have done everything they could to try and get rid of him first. Make sure if it ever comes up for you, to get an attorney before you sign anything! There was a little clause in there that stated that basically he had to be PERFECT or he wouldn't get it. People are getting fired all over. I hope we don't have a mental breakdown when this is over. I say we, because it is stressful not having ANY control over the situation. He worked all day Saturday and Sunday and I know he is so tired. He also has a broken tooth that is killing him but he couldn't take the time to get fixed. Ugh! If I repeated myself from another post, sorry...it is on my mind every single second of the day.
Blessings and happy scales....

133 Woo hoo!!!!
Woo hoo!!!
I have a few reasons that I think I am down again. Zumba!!! Duh....I went 2 times a week the last 2 weeks, but that is better than 1. I was busy, almost every day. I didn't sit around all day, being the slug that I can be. Having my daughter and grandson here kept me active. I ate out a LOT, but I made good choices for the most part. Another reason that I think I am down is a new discovery for me at least...these English Muffins from Orowheat. They are VERY filling, yummy and so easy to use a million different ways. They are also only 130 calories, 6 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber.
Amazing muffins!
I know that some people can't or don't want to eat wheat, but this is a good alternative in my humble opinion. Yes there are 2 sugars, so it would be a 2/2, but....Jorge allows 5/2 right? He came up with that number because he scientifically believed that it would work. Why would or should we tweak it? Eat the 5/2 and you won't be hungry, you will feel satisfied, and most of the time, within the calories you should have for the day.
These would be great for mini pizzas, PB and J sandwiches, with eggs and bacon, grilled cheese, etc. etc. etc.
(Yule Brenner, The King and I:)
Kayce and Karson made it safely back to Georgia. I will miss them, but they will be back for about a month in June. I was going to post pictures of how my house looks when they are around, but it is too crazy!
I have seen my daughter that doesn't like me several times over the last few weeks. She is still consistently cold to me, but I am fine with it. That is her, and I have to let it go. My 2 sons aren't really speaking so when I had family dinner on Wednesday, my youngest son wouldn't come. Then on Thursday I had dinner again, and he came, but my oldest didn't:( They are such hypocrites. All my kids get mad at each other for the exact same things that they do to me without blinking an eye...Crazy!

Well I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I am going to go get my "pottery" I made at the party I went to a couple of weeks ago. If it isn't horrible, I will post a picture.
Blessings and happy scales!

Hello:)
My sister and Karson
I am still staying under 134 on my weight. That makes me happy! I did go to Zumba yesterday and I do plan to go tomorrow. I'm sure being consistent would help to even potentially lose! I'm still not sure what I want to do about that, I feel like I am at a good place and I can eat pretty much whatever I want to eat. That is minus sugar of course. I am joining Amber in tracking on myfitnesspal. It is fun actually to see where I am every day. Thank goodness it is has a lot of restaurants on there because I swear I have eaten out 5 out of the last 7 days. Today was Boston's ultimate pepperoni pizza. I had the individual size and piled all of the toppings on 2 crusts. It was yummy!
I made pancakes with carbquick last night. Yuck, barf, gross. I think that it was not so much the pancakes, but when I melted a whole stick of butter to put in there, all I could think of was how many calories that it had. I ate 2 dollar size Krusteaz instead and dipped it in my Joseph's maple syrup. I LOVED the syrup!!! I used so little that I had no tummy issues. Win/win! I believe that eating a "little" bit of something that tastes good is way better than eating a lot of bit of something that tastes bad, but is allowable. There are tons of recipes on the carbquick box and I know the next thing I make will taste better. It is very similar to Bisquick. Next to try is the Almond pancakes. That flour was so expensive I didn't want to use it all on serving 4 people. We had sausage links too...yummy!
There is so much information on TV right now about what to eat/what not to eat. Is anyone else watching The Revolution show? They show women over the course of 5 months and their transformation. It is quite amazing really! However you could go crazy if you tried to follow everything out there. We all walk to the beat of our own drummer right? As long as we take into account the basics. Yesterday's Dr. Oz suggested several different supplements to take for different things???
Best of BFC to everyone!

Jorge's new question about eating breakfast?
http://www.jillianmichaels.com/lose-weight/bad-fitness-habits.aspx?xid=aol_jm-diet_5_20120213_&aolcat=EFG&icid=maing-grid7%7Cmain5%7Cdl19%7Csec1_lnk3%26pLid%3D136535#/slide-2
Just a quick post to say that if Jorge decides that working out on an empty stomach is a good thing, I am going to start having fruit with every meal:) Just saying!
Thanks for all of your kind words. I did reach out to my ex step daughter, it felt good. I also called my mother, she was her usual non caring self.
Sis and hubs are stuck at 23 lbs each. They are going to start walking. She was so excited because on Valentine's day that bagged an idea to go to Dairy Queen. It felt powerful to her.
I went out to lunch 4 days in a row and I didn't gain any weight. In fact at 133.3 this AM. I really hope and pray this is a forever thing.
I did Zumba this morning...2 times in 1 week! Miracles happen. Life goes on....
Please Lord, Let me be like this women in 30 years:)
My JoAnn:) 3 1/2 hours at The Olive Garden yesterday. 85 and sparkling!

Wouldn't it be incredible to know why?
I wasn't going to blog today because I have had a bad headache all afternoon. After reading Pattie's blog, the tears are flowing and I wanted to share.
For those of you that have read my blog for a long time, you know I have been married a few too many times. My last marriage was to my H.S. boyfriend that we "found" each other again about 17 years ago. We both had 3 children at home at the time, my oldest was a senior in H.S. after we married so he wasn't around that much. The other 6 kids were all similar ages. His oldest was 13, we both had a son and daughter 11, the the twins and his daughter that were 9. His wife had left him for her boss and it left a HUGE hole in their life and family. He turned to drugs, alcohol and stupid me...the fixer...the saver....the white night woman. I really thought I could save the kids, him, give them a normal life. We married and lived in my home and all the kids came out to our school where my kids went. They all got along extremely well and I loved 2 of the kids dearly. The middle son was a tough one, similar to my Taryn. We never really connected. Drugs and alcohol took the place of my ex's first wife. First pot, then alcohol and eventually he had a bad motorcycle wreck with a young boy on the back of the cycle. He had been drinking. He was in a hospital bed in my living room for over a month because one of his legs was basically shattered. I cleaned the wounds, took care of the kids, was the loving wife, while all I could think of is that he did this to himself and to the young man on the bike. He (the young boy)was lucky and just had a broken collarbone and cuts and scrapes. Neither of them were wearing helmets.
His oldest son at 13 started smoking pot. I knew it, he came home once totally stoned and his dad thought I was the liar and his son was fine. They would smoke in back of the house and use rubber gloves so when their dad smelled their hands they wouldn't smell like smoke. My ex tried to quit smoking many times and would literally take butts out of ash trays outside of stores and smoke them so he could tell me that he didn't "buy" cigarettes. My kids were fascinated by what they saw, but thank God, didn't follow their foot steps. But they were the "cool" kids. Josh, the oldest would talk about going to college someday and his dad would tell him it was a waste and he would never pay for it. I would assure him we would make it possible. Long story short, as soon as my ex was able to drive a car again, Thanksgiving night, he drove drunk on really slick roads with bald tires in a sports car. When he got home I told him he had to leave the next morning. I knew it was hard on the kids, they didn't want to go, but I couldn't raise 3 more children with totally dysfunctional parents that would always be a huge part of their life. We actually had to take their mother to court to try and make her see the kids, she is sick in the head. They moved out the next day. He thought I was just mad and would eventually get over it. He didn't realize how strong I felt about not having my kids subjected to that environment. Time passed, our lives changed. I met and married my husband and I have thought about his kids over the years. I felt like I let them down, especially since they all have drug and alcohol issues. Could I have changed the outcome? I have seen his oldest son on facebook as friends with my kids over the last several months and I wanted to reach out, see how he turned out, but I never did because I was afraid that he was mad at me. Well, my time ran out. Sunday night he drove his car into a semi at 4 in the morning and was killed instantly. I am so MAD!!!! I am mad at his dad and his mom for being such shitty role models, I am mad that he couldn't see a better life. I am so mad because it is all so senseless. That my friends is why I do not drink alcohol. I saw close up the horrors that it can cause.
So I can't catch up with him now. I pray that he has a new life now, in a good place. I know he loved Jesus, he sang like his dad. That was the weirdest part of the whole marriage. Our lives centered around going to Church. We would file in, a family of 8, and sit in the front row. My ex had a beautiful singing voice and his whole heart would go to God, inside the church. Then we would walk out the door....
I guess this made my headache better. By sharing. He was only 26 years old. I am afraid the family wouldn't welcome my condolences. My kids are sad, but not surprised. I thank God every day that I had the courage to leave, to put my kids first. I always believed there was a normal...somewhere. Another reason this Valentine's day I am so thankful for my husband who loves me even though I have had such a crazy life. And he understands my sadness at the loss.
Will we ever understand why things happen? I just don't know. I just can not wrap my head around losing a child, nor do I ever want to have to.
So my lesson here...reach out to someone that you may be thinking of. I just might call my mom tomorrow. Thanks for letting me share. How do you explain the loss to anyone that will understand?
There may be a lot of errors etc. in this post, but I wrote from my heart and I afraid if I second guess myself or change it that I will delete it.
May God Bless Josh's family................

I had an AMAZING day!!!
My new goodies!!!
I got my goodies from Netrition today. I am so excited to try new recipes. I had a birthday party to go to this evening so I wasn't able to try anything yet. We went to a local pottery painting place. I made a bowl for by the sink. I don't have a crafty bone in my body, so we will see if it turns out. I tried, and I had fun doing it!
We are all turning 55....55....we can order off the old people's menus. How did this happen??? I guess it is better than the alternative.
I think I am having pancakes for breakfast!
Happy Valentine's day my wonderful friends!
