I was so excited to get on the scale this morning and be down 8.2 lbs. That's after a weekend of eating out with my hubby. I LOVE BFC:)
I went to Zumba this morning and once again had a great time. It is a lot of fun! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys music and body movement!
I have officially been off sweets for 21 days. I really don't miss them, I make up for it in other favorites. Every night I have some frozen mixed berries, truvia, and a couple of tablespoons of cool whip. It feels like such a luxury. It's funny because I probably eat more fruits and veggies now, even though you have to count the sugar, than I did pre-BFC. They were just not part of my daily routine.
I am starting to really look forward to fitting into some of my clothes. I know it doesn't happen overnight. The 3 weeks success would be really nice to repeat.
I will work out 5 times this week, I will try and eat more fruits and veggies, I will get more fiber.
I will be successful!!!
Hi Kay, Wow you are doing so great with the loss. Just remember that you might not see that much loss all the time. It will fluctuate.

Kay...you are doing fantastic!!! It is so much fun putting all those old clothes on that didnt fir and having them fit and look pretty good to boot! Keep on keepin on and that weight will be off in a snap! I find that staying off sweets is imperative. I have a very big sweet tooth normally and on WW you can have anything in moderation so if I do want something sweet I do the Roaslie 2-3 bite rule and it usually satisfies me. They say the first few bits are the ones you taste the most so I always try to savor them and I am very chooosy about what I decide to sample. I work at a place where EVERY DAY there is something sweet. IT is a toxic environment for sure! If it loos worthy of a tast I allow myself 1 teaspoon of it and thats it, and so far, its worked. I dont taste it if it doesnt look worth the calories.
