Here's my food for the day, good bad or ugly:)

Breakfast: Bowl of cheerios with unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, 2 thin slices of ham.
ZUMBA:)
Lunch: Hamburger patty on a wheat sandwich thin. 10 hamburger dill pickles, 14 chili cheese fritos *my favorite*
I counted this as 2 total carbs because the sandwich thin and the frito's added up to 40 carbs.
Snack: 5 baby carrots
Dinner: 1 medium potato that I boiled until soft. Turkey with a pack of McCormicks turkey gravy over the top of the potato. The gravy for the entire pack has 16 carbs.
I plan to have a few raspberries in a little cool whip for dessert.
Good bad or ugly, it was a very tasty day!
I love the roasted Turkey Breast that they have as Safeway. It is pretty spendy, but is good for several meals.
I may be fooling myself, but I came in right where I should be for the 15/6 for the day.
I have taken 4 Metamucil capsules because I bought them, so I may as well use them up.
Weight loss has really slowed down the last couple of days, but it isn't like I have been perfect. A friend did say that she noticed I had lost weight today at Zumba! That's progress right?

  1. Hi Kay, Your meals looked great. Just watch the carrots - they have too much sugar.
    I heard that zumba was fun. WHat a good feeling when some notices what you're doing.

  3. I saw your blog on Rosalie's list and clicked to follow. I have a BFC blog too, check it out. Zumba is a fun and great way to workout. I love it. :) I have the DVD. I wish they had a class near me, but they don't...not one I can make it in time for after work. Welcome to the world of the Belly Fat Cure! :)
