I somehow caught a summer cold and even though it is kind of mild, it is totally annoying. I did not Zumba on Monday:( Lazy, don't like the instructor, I can find a million excuses. Tomorrow my FAVORITE instructor is subbing and I have heard from my buddies that they barely made it through her class while I was on my zumbacation. I can't even promise myself I will go:(
I have a full physical next Tuesday and I am excited to see my bloodwork etc. after another year on the BFC. Maybe that is why I am out of control eating, I want to have my physical after I have eaten my weight in chips!
Oh, and no granite:( But it seems like a small thing to worry about now.
Have I mentioned before that I beat myself up every day for not being grateful enough? Yep, I do!

LOL! Kay! I don't want to wait until fall to lose this 5 pounds! I will be busy then! maybe I can lose 5 now and 5 more then? IDK.

Oh, Kay, you need to stop beating yourself up. Just because you don't "feel" grateful everyday, doesn't mean you aren't. The fact that you think about it so much shows that.

Chips get me every once in awhile too, the tortilla kind, especially when they are with Salsa! I should do that full physical thing and get my blood work done. I'm exited to see how well you've done too! Make sure you post your results. I'm with you to get five pounds off this Fall!
ReplyDeleteKay, I think alot of us are slipping us this summer. Just let it go and try each day to get back to what you know and what worked. Maybe revisit your fitess pal diary to see what you were eating when things were going well. We both know what to do and I know we are just in a slump. We will get our mojo back!! ReplyDeleteahahah ...its interesting how we often think we, ourselfs are the only ones who seem to struggle to get it together, but as we read blogs, we realize we are far from alone. Dont feel bad. it's okay to fall if you get up right away! DUST IF OFF :)
